How does one host/plan a character fan event/projects?

I saw that Rafayel birthday projects are coming up and ofc I'm really excited but that got me thinking of hosting and planning such events. I live in a decent sized town (you could say it's still in developing stage) so stuff like train-themed or billboards are out of the question. There's rarely any promotional events except just patriotic/traditional stuff here and there. Though we have lots of cafes but I don't know how does one plan an event there. + the gathering of people too, promotional stuff, like what is recc to use? Facebook? Insta? does it need lotsa connections? I heard even simple projects can cost a lot of money. Honestly I'm in awe I hope one day I can plan one in my town. I think i get the gist on how to gather people, there's a lot of fans in my state but there isn't much community to unite us since the fan community here is very secretive (due to the conservative nature of our country), I guess im starting from there and maybe hopefully form a strong community.
Top Comment: You contact the venue you want to use and ask if they'll let you rent it out or if they'll be happy to host a collaboration with you. Depending on what you plan you might need to purchase event and liability insurance. Then you'll have to organise and order all the materials etc you plan to use and make sure it's delivered before your event date. You'll want to market it in as many places you can so that information about it is spread from FB, Instagram, Reels, Tik Tok etc.
Control fan speed on esxi host

Hello!
Recently I replaced a dying fan in my server as it wouldn't boot without having all 4 fans. Now as you can see the fan is running at twice the RPM of the other 3 fans. (http://cloud.stevenbellamy.co.nz/index.php/s/rz1A0281WUwqSHZ). Is there any way I can control the speed of this fan? At 6k rpm they are okay but double that is too loud.

This is an HP issue, not a VMware issue. Have you updated the firmware on the server? That could be a good place to start.

host computer fan running all the time

I am running a win 10 guest on a win 10 host. Without the virtualbox running, the CPU utilization is around 4% on the host computer. When I run virtualbox and start the virtual operating system, CPU on the host goes up to 20% and the computer fan starts going on. On the guest system, CPI utilization is about 3%.
I feel like there is some optimization I can do to keep the host computer fan from going on. Any ideas where to look and what to check for?
I am running:
VirtualBox 6.1
Host and Guest OS: win 10
Guest additions are installed
